Tracy also works with women online in programmes and consultations, as a women’s midlife wellness coach supporting women who’ve spent years holding everything together… the career, the family, the home, the expectations… yet still find themselves waking at 3am thinking, “Something just feels off.” You’ve been strong for everyone else. Now it’s your turn.

With over 25 years of experience in wellness, movement, education and therapy, Tracy brings a down-to-earth blend of science, intuition and lived understanding to her coaching for women whether that’s burnout/ stress recovery for women, hormone health coaching or perimenopause support. Through her 7 Pillars of Wellness and Wellness Alchemy® method, she helps you gently reset, rebalance and rebuild from the inside out, in ways that fit a real life, not a perfect one.

I'm Tracy Richardson, founder of Serendipity Wellness® & Pilates, award-winning wellness professional, therapist, author, and educator with over 25 years of experience helping women improve their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Through Pilates, Somalates®, wellness classes, workshops, events, retreats, and professional training, I create supportive spaces where women can build strength, reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach combines movement, neuroscience, breathwork, mindset, and holistic wellbeing to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more resilient—both in body and mind.
