Meet the Author

Hi, I’m Tracy Richardson, a Therapist (MSc.), a Wellness Alchemist® and Educator (QTLS) who utilises a variety of modalities to support health-conscious people to reduce pain, renew energy & restore wellness.

With a background that includes fitness, healthcare, wellness, education, sports and holistic therapy, and a wealth of knowledge and experiences to draw upon, I facilitate and support others along their wellness journey. 

When not working you can find me walking my dog, spending time with friends and family or geeking out studying about the body and its inner workings- from cellular energy to the influence of the universe.

Based in Warwickshire, England I am a huge advocate for self-care as the best investment you will ever make into your wellness. You can find me online providing a regular stream of support, tips and educational topics, to gain insight and enhance wellness.
