Pilates brunch live- Frequently Asked Questions

  • I aim to make this an all-inclusive event so you don't have to worry once you arrive. 

    You will be greeted with a gift bag, followed by a Pilates session, a nutritious brunch, a G’n’T (or non- alcoholic drink), making like-minded connections and of course some photo ops!

  • I am 5 years sober, so totally on board with this, though having partnered with Rugby Distillery for a quintessential English G’n’T (or similar), until a local non-alcoholic alternative can be found, we have tea, coffee, herbal teas, and still/ sparkling water options. You’ll see me, Tracy, swigging on water!

    When you purchase your ticket make sure to select the ‘non-alcoholic’ option.

  • There are multiple brunch options available, always a vegetarian option.When you purchase your ticket select your food options, and be sure to mention if you have dietary restrictions. If the options don’t work for you, please contact tracy@serendipitywellness.co.uk and I’ll see if our chef can accommodate.

  • No. Though you need to be over 16 and accompanied by an adult if you are at the distillery. 

  • Unfortunately nope. As much as I adore pupsters and babes, this is a few hours ALL ABOUT YOU! 

    This is a space to reconnect with your self, soul, and shared energy. So this time, let them have their own adventure at home, with someone just as fun as you! Come solo, soak up the vibes, and head home feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to sprinkle that energy everywhere! ✨💛

  • We have a 7 day cancellation policy, as Tracy has to submit numbers to the venue and chef, for drink and food accommodations. Unfortunately there are no refunds within this time frame, though you can transfer or sell your ticket on, although the food/ drink selections will be unable to be changed. Reach out to Tracy—she might just know someone eager to grab your ticket! 🎟️✨

  • Whatever you feel comfortable in! Have fun with your colours, or wear all black- whatever you vibe with. Please remember there is Pilates involved so leggings, joggers, shorts, loose trousers or even sparkly pants are recommended! You can wear trainers, grip socks or go barefoot during the workout. You may also wish to bring a blanket in the colder months for the relaxation section.

  • Bring your own mat (we have only a few available for purchase), and for extra comfort, pack a small towel or cushion. Don’t forget your water, and if we’re outdoors (in the warmer months), a hat. Oh, and of course, your phone for those must-have selfies! 📸☀️💛

  • Absolutely! While this is a female-focused event, men are more than welcome- as long as they’re champions of women and good vibes! 😊✨

  • This is your perfect excuse to jump in, I love a good "why not?" moment, and that you’re up for something NEW!

    This Pilates-inspired workout is all about movement, laughter, and feeling amazing, with maybe a little dancing thrown in for good measure! No rigid rules here, just a chance to explore Pilates in a way that’s fun, approachable, and totally non-intimidating. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro, you'll leave with sore abs (from laughing), a happy heart, and a refreshed body.

    And because every great session deserves a moment of zen, we’ll wind down with a soulful stretch and a mini-reflection—a little love note to yourself before you head back into the world. 💛✨

  • We’ll ease you in with a warm-up, then level up through each segment at your own pace, offering plenty of options along the way. By the time we hit the cool-down, you’ll be glowing and ready to take on the world! 🌟💪

  • Want to make new friends? Simple, just show up! 

    I love when people come solo because that’s where the magic happens. I’ve had plenty of “how we met at Pilates” stories, and loads end with a new BF. So leave any nerves at the door—we’re all about embracing each other, having fun, and creating connections that last! 💫
