This 90-day process delves into the past and the present to support you on your wellness journey into the future.

This 90 day process can be tailored for burnout recovery, gut & immune building and hormonal balancing.

It starts with an initial consultation and assessment a.k.a. an MOT where we take a look at EVERY part of your lifestyle and wellness. 

This includes:

❣️ Your sleep

❣️ Your energy levels

❣️ Your quantum health

…. and a whole host of other factors.

What’s next?

💚 After the initial consultation, based upon the assessment, Tracy will create an individual Wellness Recovery Plan for you.

💚 The Wellness Action plan will be designed to optimise your wellness- it may include options for tests (HTMA, DUTCH, OAT etc.), therapeutic options, or lifestyle upgrades.

💚 There will be weekly check ins to keep you on track and answer any questions.

💚 There are two further consultation sessions, that are usually scheduled at 30 and 60 days of the plan.

💚 Followed by a final reflection session, wrap up and next steps advise.

💚 The 90 days includes email contact/ check ins and a private messaging channel to support you between consultations- available mon-fri.
