Serendipity Sanctuary is a monthly subscription that supports you with finding ‘calm in the chaos’- providing space for you, for time out and for prioritising your inner peace.

Promoting tranquility and soothing the nervous system have been shown to significantly enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being while also boosting vitality 💕

The classes provide a safe space, designed with you in mind. An opportunity to be still, and silence the internal noise. A magical experience filled with soul connection, and energetic release and healing.

Each meditation is a unique and individual guided journey that takes you through from start to finish, to connect and tune into yourself, hold space and replenish your inner ‘battery’.

Tracy will guide you through; Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, with content that supports your healthy functioning of body, mind, soul + spiritual connection.

Serendipity Sanctuary has arisen from listening to her clients and their desire to reduce stress and anxiety, calm the mind and restore physical vitality to the body in a mindful way- but needing to be guided in doing so.

What you need?

  • Please wear comfortable clothing- you may wish to wear layers as during the relaxation sessions or have a blanket with you as you may start to feel cooler. 

  • Everything is accessed through the App, so perhaps having your mobile and some headphones may be preferable.

  • Maybe a bottle of water, as it's important to stay hydrated.

  • You may be advised to perform seated or lying- so a suitable chair and a mat may be beneficial.

  • You may require a cushion as well if you like a little extra support.

Who is your teacher?

  • Tracy Richardson MSc., is a skilled Therapist and Wellness Alchemist®, with over 25 years experience in teaching movement, mindfulness and meditation.

  • She also practices her own meditation regularly to support her own wellbeing.

What will you receive?

  • The experience and support of your teacher for a fantastic relaxing activity.

  • Weekly on demand sessions, and a library of past sessions to choose from.

  • Embodied mindfulness, meditation & breathwork practices.

  • Time and space for relaxation, rebalancing, rejuvenation and restoration.

  • Weekly affirmations.

Is it suitable for me?

  • The sessions are suitable for over 16’s- please contact Tracy if you are unsure or have specific health concerns.
    The focus is always to work at your own level and listen to your body.

  • The main aim is that you are comfortable and relaxed during the sessions- and so if some of the suggestions, like for instance laying on the floor don’t suit you, then just move into you favoured comfortable position.

  • Before undertaking any new activity it is advised that you seek the guidance of a medical professional or a primary care practitioner.
