You have receptors in your eyes that signal a click in the brain- the light indicates the time of day and what the brain needs to be doing.
So either to be promoting a wakeful state or a restful state- day and night.
Timing is the major factor.
No matter what time of year it is getting 10 minutes of natural light in the morning is essential- even if it’s a cloudy day.
Light helps to boost your body, mind and soul. Think enhanced energy, alertness and mood!! Just remember how you feel on your summer vacation ☀️
Do this consistently for 30 days and your body will be back into a rhythm it likes.
This synchronises your body processes and supports your body’s functions for optimal wellness.
Yes there is more to optimising your wellness- but this is a great start.
Think about it- if you feel well, you perform better and spend less time trying to be well and more time going the things you love.
