Movement Therapy at Serendipity Wellness® with Tracy Richardson MSc.

 What is Movement Therapy?

Your body is designed to move!

Movement creases and supports flow in your body- when things flow everything works well.

This doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym. It means you beed to move relative to your body and to maintain and improve its function.

Movement is medicine- its not just about rehabilitation and supporting you after the fact. It’s about maintenance and prehabiltation- so that your body becomes more resilient to the stress placed upon it.

You want movement with ease. Movement can involve integrating the diaphragms of the body to manage pressure effectively, creating strong connections through the body, integrating the intrinsic stabilisers of the body that create balance and stability and functional movements for life.
