Consultation
You will receive a comprehensive assessment and examination of the nervous system, lymphatic system, muscle and joints. Once the cause(s) of your issue or pain have been identified and located, we prepare a bespoke treatment plan for you, that utilises a combination of ANF Therapy® discs.
What is invisible inflammation?
Inflammation is often not visible, it’s known as the secret killer. For example if you have stiffness in a joint, or if you experience the same acute pain every so often- this is likely “invisible” inflammation. When your therapist examines you. you will have no doubt how this feels. A proper clinical examination can be uncomfortable, particularly when there is inflammation in the body. But once the discs are applied, you will be amazed at how quickly this changes!

What can you expect?
This depends upon you.
If you are receptive to the therapy (about 95% of patients), your body will usually respond in 5 to 20 minutes. You may experience some detox symptoms, again this depends upon your individual state. As your issue is being addressed you will experience less pain and discomfort, and enhanced wellbeing.
Please note if you are taking medication the effects of the therapy may be slowed down.
The importance of hydration
Drink at least 1-2 glasses of water per hour, and stop at least an hour before you retire to bed. If you drink a cup of coffee or tea, then have an extra glass of water. Try to avoid alcohol where possible! A good way to measure hydration is the colour of your urine- colourless or very pale urine means you are hydrated and will likely experience fewer detox symptoms!
Detox Symptoms
The detox process is very important, as it means the body can function properly.
When your body starts to eliminate toxins, you may experience detox symptoms:
Headache
Dry mouth
Dizziness
Light flu symptoms
Fatigue
General discomfort
Runy nose
Hives/ itching
*Detox symptoms vary from person to person relative to health status and what is being treated. Some people have no symptoms at all or experience them only for a short time, whilst others have more pronounced symptoms or may last longer. I have observed that the greater the needs of the body to detox, the more pronounced the dymptoms.
